All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. NL76 KNAB 0726 5380 43 All prices are inclusive (NL) VAT (21%) and exclusive shipping/ postage within NL and shipping/ postage within the EU and worldwide. It is possible to order a blank shirt for fitting purposes and return it without costs if you have it printed. You have seven days to return printed purchases without costs except return postage. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. On suspicion of fraud Artwearness reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout are accepted. Artwearness holds the right to have minor deviations related to material, colour, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, other than appear in our webshop. This also includes price and stock changes.

2.1 Right of Return

2.1.1
Upon delivery of the physical products. When purchasing physical products, the consumer can terminate the contract with Artwearness without giving any reason within 14 days of purchase. This period commences on the day following the arrival of the receipt for the physical product by the consumer or a pre-designated by the consumer and the entrepreneurs announced representative. During this period the consumer will handle the physical product and its packaging with care. They will only open the physical product to unpack or use as necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain the physical product. If reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, according to the clear instruction provided by the trader.

2.1.2
Costs in case of withdrawal If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, than the shippings costs will be of your own. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur refunds this amount as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the return or cancellation.

2.2 Right of Rescission

2.2.1
Termination right for distance contracts. If you are a consumer, you have the right n certain conditions to terminate the agreement between you and Artwearness. See below for more information about the termination right and how to exercise this right.

2.2.2
When I have the right to dissolve and in what time should I cancel? The dissolution law applies to the contract between you and Artwearness. The termination period shall expire 14 days from the date of your purchase agreement with Artwearness. 2.3 Customized Products

If you do own your personalized order with Artwearness. We make a separate contract in which all agreements concerning the special order is included. After signing both parties will act upon the agreed appointment. This has no relation with our normal return and cancellation agreement.

2.4 Prices

The total cost for the T-shirt includes 21% VAT and shipping with exceptions for orders from the EU and outside the EU. No extra credit card costs are calculated.
During the period mentioned in the offer have not increased the prices of th products and /or services, except for price changes due to changes in tax rates.
Not withstanding the preceding paragraph, the business products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in commodity market or other cases where the operator has no control, with variable prices offer. These flunctuations and the fact that any price targets are at the offer.

3. Deliveries TNT sends all delivery/ shipments.

The order will be sent to the address you enter at check out.  Be aware of that when you order!  The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days in the Netherlands.  outside the EU it can take 5 to 15 days  unless otherwise informed. This is due to the fact that we print on demand and have no stock. Please let us know if it takes a little longer. All shirts will be exclusively printed on order. We will charge 35 Euros for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our Customer Service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it to us. Damaged packages need to be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice damage after opening the package please contact our Customer Service. When returning you are responsible for packaging and the content. When purchased item is customized, or personalized be aware that delivery can take longer.

5. Warranties

If your garment is treated properly and washed at 30 degrees with good quality laundry detergent and ironed lukewarm inside out; it will sustain fresh colours longer. We promise you durable good quality cotton, good quality designs and good quality print. The rest is up to your care.
We recommend the shirt be washed as instructed above before wearing, as the print will become more pliant after washing.

7. Return Policies

If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our Customer Service within 7 days. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no cash refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by Artwearness, we will in this case bear or reimburse the shipping costs. Please report the reclamation to our Customer Service before returning the product, and then return the product together with your receipt to the address below. Packaging: be cautious with the packaging. When goods are returned we ask you to return in the same packaging as the obtained goods. Preferred not damaged or ripped. 8. Force Majeure

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances Artwearness will apply to Force Majeure. This means that these Terms & Conditions cannot or only partly be performed. If this occurs Artwearness will try to inform you.

9. Protection personal data

Your personal information will not be visible for or shared with others than the Artwearness Crew. Your personal data will only be used for registration and verifying name and address for sending goods, invoices or debt collections.

10. Cookie law

Since 5 June 2012 we are required to ask your permission to place cookies for commercial reasons and personal ads (tracking cookies). We do not need your permission for preferences and passwords. Ruben Bongenaar 

I was born in 1972 in Haarlem, the Netherlands. In 1992 I moved to Zwolle and since that year I developed myself as an illustrator an graphic designer. Besides that, I make autonomus work as a draftsman. In 2015 I founded my company Rubenski Graphics. My illustrations are defined by linework, and sometimes added (cross)hatching. In my graphic design work I look for a powerful visual statement, illuminated with decorative ornamentations and motives. In my visual art I try to visualise the inexpressible, the mystical. I conceive art as an attempt to perfection, knowing that one goes a path without destiny. In simple words: it must look nice. When Marit asked me to design some shirt for Artwearness, I was immediately enthousiastic about the concept of te company. I hope I can deliver a convincing contribution.

Become More Artist

More artist are invited (or submitted) to make one or more shirt print design(s) for the Artwearness web shop.

Artwearness offers next to her ‘house designs’ an exclusive platform for her More Artist designer and their designs. More Artist has her own web environment within the web shop (Meet more artist) That can be used for promotion within you own network. On the Meet More artist page is space for a short bio, a photo or logo and a link to your website.

Procedure.
If you are an artist/designer and we did not invited you for participation, you can still apply by sending a brief C.V. and small portfolio of your earlier designs. Preferably use one strong color like black. Full color of with one support color is allowed but consult us first.

Line drawings must be made in Illustrator. The designer is the holder of the concept and copyright Do not use already existing or controversial images. If not sure consult us.

Note; do not forget to place or hide your signature somewhere in your design, modestly.

Submission is no guarantee of participation; every new design is scanned on quality and originality. Before offered in the shop.

 

Your fee:
A More Artist designer get 10% of the sales of his or her sold design including tax. Once in a quarter a royalty report of sold items will be communicated with the designer. If there are no sales there will be no report.

It is not allowed to sell your shirts privately. Artwearness will make all transactions. Everyone is welcome to contribute with new buyers and networks!

After receiving your overview you may send your invoice accordingly:

De More artist designer can choose when he or she wants to send in an invoice. Even once a year, depending on how many shirts are sold. The overview of the sold items will be send to you.

Artwearness is founded by Marit Otto, artist and artdirector @ Artwearness and Erik Van Scheijndel commercial and financial director @ Artwearness.

About Marit: Marit is autonomous artist and currently she runs ‘Atelier 007’ for art and graphic design in Zwolle. She believes art is a way to communicate. Art is authentic and offers a different point of view to current affairs and day to day live. The prints she makes are humorous and sometimes a bit on edge, but always original. Not designed for the greater masses but for the connoisseur.  Marit used elements from her artworks and turned them into graphic designs. But most designs are graphic designs based on thoughts and concepts.

The T-shirt can not be exchanged. There are possibilities to try them out unprinted. E-mail us for more information.

UPS and TNT send all delivery/ shipments. For female & male round neck , black & white the estimated delivery time is 5 working days in the Netherlands.  outside the EU it can take 7 to 10 days  unless otherwise informed. Other shirt colors + male & female V neck are not in stock!: delivery time max 14 days*, unless otherwise informed.

We have a message, which is more important than pure modern economics; keep your eyes open, be a conscious consumer. We share this message by the way we express ourselves on our shirts. My name is Damiën Eektimmerman. I am currently finishing my study as a graphic designer at Cibap (vakschool voor verbeelding). I am a young artist who gets inspired by a lot of different styles and technique’s. I like to try new things, that is why I started practicing animation a while ago. Autonomous work is something that I find really relaxing, unfortunately I don’t have much time for that. 

Since I like art so much, I wanted to find an internship that suited me well (instead of just another advertising company). That is when I found Marit Otto’s Atelier 007. I am really glad I got the chance to do my internship here, and I’ve had a great time so far! I have helped around the site, made some animations and promo’s for social media along with a lot of other things. Oh, and I just finished the design ‘’Surreal’’ (07-05-18) which soon will be available in the web store 🙂

Timo Schut

 

My name is Timo Schut I am 18 years old student graphic design in Zwolle. In my spare time I like to attend to my hobbies, photography and drawing.
During my internship at Marit’s atelier007. I created a few designs, one of them being “Fatal Missnake”. For this design I made a sketch with pen and paper and edited it on the computer with the help and pointers of Marit. This is the result.

This design is not available yet, it is expected to get launched in the webshop summer or autumn 2017!
